I find it interesting that feminism argues for a language that includes men and women equally but insists that men should feel included in the term feminism. The above statement is true, but the word doesn’t reflect that. I personally prefer the term “gender-equalism” (if that’s not a word, make it one) as it’s more inclusive to other gender identities. It might also help with the fact that “feminism” has a negative connotation to a lot of people which prevents them from identifying with what could otherwise be a great concept.
